Got this e-mail a while back, It's really difficult to find out what I have done wrong. Could it be because I use invitation? (https://invitation.codes/)

It seems like a legit service, so I don't see why that should be a problem? Invitation has a 3,3 out of 5 as their score on Trustpilot. Anyone got suggestions as how to approach the problem?
